Questions.

If the answer you need is not here, book a demo and ask a person.

Getting started

Anything that runs on appointments — salons, barbers, tattoo and piercing studios, dental practices, clinics, tuition, and similar. The workspace does not assume a medical vertical; you name your own services and staff.

A single-location business with a short service list is usually taking bookings the same day. See the eight steps on the how-it-works page for the order the product expects.

Create a workspace and put one real service and one real appointment through it. That answers more than a demo does. If you would rather be walked through it, book a demo.

Yes — contacts can be imported in bulk. Bring what you have; a name and a phone number is enough to start, and the rest fills in as they book.

Bookings

Yes. A booking link takes a name, phone and email and books the appointment. Customers who do create an account get a history, packages, memberships and credit that follow them across every business on Inqloop.

At the moment the booking is written, not by checking beforehand and hoping. If a slot is taken while someone is filling in their details, the booking is refused with a clear message and they pick another — it is never silently overbooked.

Yes, through a link tied to their appointment. Your cancellation policy and notice period are enforced, and both sides get a confirmation of the change.

That is what the queue is for. You open a session with a time window and a capacity; customers see their live number and how full it already is, and you advance the queue as people are seen.

Yes. Each location has its own address, opening hours, holidays, staff and calendar, all under one workspace.

Payments

By card through Stripe, or in cash at the counter. Both settle the same booking and produce the same receipt and invoice, so your records do not depend on how someone paid.

Yes, per service. Each service can require full payment, a deposit (a fixed amount or a percentage), or nothing until the visit.

Automatically, once money is recorded. Each business sets its own invoice terms, footer and number prefix. Every invoice is keyed to its payment, so a retried card webhook or a re-recorded cash payment cannot raise a second one.

Card payments go through your own Stripe account and Stripe's fees apply. For anything about Inqloop's own commercial terms, talk to us — we would rather tell you directly than have you read a number here that does not match your situation.

WhatsApp

To use the inbox, automations or WhatsApp campaigns, yes. Everything else — calendar, payments, catalogue, queue, reviews — works without it.

Business-initiated messages on WhatsApp use templates that Meta approves. That is Meta's process rather than ours. Start it before your first campaign, not on the morning of it.

Every automation is off by default and switched on individually. The assistant works from a prompt you configure and can be turned off entirely while you keep the inbox.

Recorded per customer, per business and per channel, and checked at the moment of sending rather than when the campaign was built — so an opt-out after scheduling is still honoured.

Data

You do. Your customer records, bookings and history are yours, and you can export them.

Only what you allow. Roles carry granular permissions, so a front-desk login can take bookings without reaching settings, revenue or client history.

Export it and ask us to delete the workspace. See the privacy policy for retention, and security for how it is held.
