How it works.

Eight steps from an empty account to taking bookings. They are in this order because the product enforces it — hours need a location, bookings need a service, and so on.

  1. 1

    Create the workspace

Name the business, pick your currency and timezone. This is the account your whole team shares; individual logins come next.

  2. 2

    Add your locations

Each location carries its own address, opening hours and holidays. A single-site business adds one and moves on.

Availability is computed from these hours, so a location with none set will not offer any slots.

  3. 3

    Add your team

Invite staff by email and give each a role. Roles carry granular permissions — a front-desk login can take bookings without seeing settings or revenue.

People who take appointments also get a practitioner profile that customers can browse and book directly.

  4. 4

    Build the catalogue

Services with their price, duration and category. Add variants where one service has several lengths or tiers, and packages or memberships if you sell them.

Set the upfront payment rule per service here: full payment, a deposit, or nothing until the visit.

  5. 5

    Set your schedule

Staff shifts per location, plus time blocks for breaks and admin. Together with opening hours, this is everything the availability engine needs.

  6. 6

    Connect payments

Connect Stripe to take cards online. Cash at the counter needs nothing connected — it is recorded in the workspace and settles the same booking.

Invoices are raised automatically once money is recorded, using the terms you set.

  7. 7

    Connect WhatsApp

Link your WhatsApp Business account to open the shared inbox. Switch on the automations you want — confirmations and reminders are the two most businesses start with.

Optional. Everything else works without it.

  8. 8

    Open for bookings

Share your booking link, or let customers find you in the Inqloop app. Both lead to the same calendar.

How long it takes

A single-location business with a short service list is usually taking bookings the same day. What takes longest is not the software: it is WhatsApp template approval, which is Meta's process, and gathering your existing customer list if you want to import it.
