Product
Everything an appointment-led business runs on.
Inqloop replaces the pile of tools most studios and practices end up with — a booking page here, a spreadsheet of packages there, WhatsApp on someone's personal phone — with one workspace your whole team works out of.
Scheduling
The calendar is the product. Availability is computed from the things that actually determine it, rather than from a static list of slots someone has to maintain.
- Per-location opening hours, staff shifts, and holiday hours all feed the same availability engine.
- Month view shows which days have anything free before a customer picks one, so nobody hunts through an empty calendar.
- Double-booking is prevented at write time, not by convention — a slot taken while someone was filling in their details is refused with a clear message rather than silently overbooked.
- Customers reschedule and cancel themselves through a link, and the appointment being moved is excluded from its own conflict check.
- Time blocks for breaks, admin, and anything else that is not bookable.
Services, packages and memberships
- A service catalogue with categories, variants, per-variant durations and prices, and images.
- Packages of pre-paid sessions that draw down as they are redeemed, with expiry.
- Memberships with recurring billing, member pricing, and scheduled downgrades or cancellation.
- Upfront payment rules per service: full payment, a deposit (fixed or percentage), or nothing due until the visit.
Payments and money
- Card checkout through Stripe, and cash recorded at the counter — both settle the same booking and produce the same paperwork.
- Account credit that customers accrue and spend, with a ledger behind it rather than a number someone edits.
- Promo codes that work in booking and in the cart, with a one-use-per-customer limit that is enforced server-side.
- Invoices issued automatically once money is recorded, with terms and a footer each business configures for itself.
- Every invoice is keyed to its payment, so a retried webhook or a re-recorded payment cannot raise a second one.
Conversations
Customer messages arrive in a shared inbox rather than on one person's phone, so the conversation survives a day off.
- WhatsApp Business inbox with live updates — a reply appears for whoever has the thread open, without a refresh.
- Approved message templates for the notifications WhatsApp requires them for.
- An assistant that answers and books from the conversation, with a prompt each business configures.
- Automations for booking confirmations, reminders, consent forms, aftercare, no-show recovery and lead capture.
Walk-ins and the queue
- Daily sessions with a time window and a capacity, for businesses that run walk-ins rather than fixed slots.
- Customers see their live queue number and how full a session already is before they set out.
- QR check-in at the door, and check-out that settles what is owed and completes the visit.
Growth
- Campaigns over WhatsApp and email, with consent recorded per customer per business and checked at send.
- Ratings and reviews for the business, the practitioner and the service, collected after a visit actually happened.
- Loyalty rewards after a configurable number of visits, and referral codes that credit the customer who introduced someone.
- Short links for sharing a business, a service or a practitioner profile.
Team and control
- Roles and granular permissions — a front-desk login does not see payroll or settings.
- Multiple locations under one workspace, each with its own hours, staff and calendar.
- Staff profiles and practitioner pages that customers browse and book directly.
- An activity log of what changed, and who changed it.
For your customers
Customers get an app of their own, not just a booking form. They can hold appointments, packages and memberships at more than one business from the same account.
- Browse and filter businesses by type, rating, city and country, or by what is near them.
- A cart for booking several things at once, with suggestions from the same and other businesses.
- Purchase history with full receipts — business, service, practitioner, location and promo code — and the invoice attached.
- Rate a visit from the receipt it belongs to.
